How to customize your own products?
Please contact me using the product names provided on the website to discuss your ideas. To ensure your project proceeds smoothly, a non-refundable deposit of half the quoted price is required. This deposit will be deducted from the total price upon project completion. Once the deposit is received, we will begin designing together. We welcome you to provide reference images so we can better understand and inspire your ideas. After the sketches are completed, we will send you images for confirmation before commencing the engraving process. While we do not provide project progress photos, maintaining communication is always our top priority.
Please note: We do not undertake engraving work on firearms, knives, coated items, or automotive parts.
How long does it usually take to ship?
Your order's estimated shipping time will be displayed in your order confirmation email. Shipping time varies from 4 to 16 weeks, depending on the production time of the product. We will do our best to ship as quickly as possible. After your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing shipping and tracking information.
Can I add extra text or patterns for engraving?
Not necessarily. Please send us an email with the text and/or images you would like. We will add additional text or images based on whether they are suitable for your product and will reply to you as soon as possible with a quote.
Do you ship to the APO address?
I'm sorry, I'm afraid that's not possible.
Can you engrave the lettering instead of embossing?

What should I do if my silver items get tarnished?
Silverware usually tarnishes due to a chemical reaction between silver and sulfides in the air, forming silver sulfide. This can be restored to its shine using simple physical or chemical methods.
The simplest and most effective method is to use a silver polishing cloth (one is included in the packaging).
The polishing cloth contains special conditioning ingredients; gentle wiping will remove the surface oxide layer. Note: The polishing cloth should not be washed, as this will render it ineffective.
How can I measure my wrist size?
You can measure your wrist size in several ways. One way is to use a measuring tape (if you have one on hand). You can also use a strip or piece of paper and a ruler.
Can I modify or add to my order details after placing it?
This depends on the progress of order processing, but usually we can make modifications or additions after charging an additional handling fee.
What is the difference between customized products and ready-made products?
We will indicate whether the item is custom-made or in-stock on the product details page.
In-stock items: These items are eligible for fast shipping. They typically ship within 3 days.
Custom-made items: Custom-made items will be made after you place your order and will be processed within the delivery timeframe currently listed.
Please note: If you purchase both "In Stock" and "Custom" items, your order processing and shipping times will differ. This is because "In Stock" items are already made, while "Custom" items have not yet begun production, so your items may be shipped separately.
As all our products are handmade, each item you receive will be slightly different.
